Story: Eli ran away from his family's home when he was thirteen years old for reasons unknown still and had been living quite contently by himself for several years until he found himself tangoing with a fellow homeless because he evidently "trespassed" on his territory (which is...different because they're homeless, but whatever). He was stabbed in the altercation and was on the brink of death when a Lycan Pack Leader, Bernard Turner, stumbled upon him and in a moment of panic, turned him.
Bernard promptly took him in as one of his own and they quickly grew to have a father-son relationship. However, the family illusion doesn't end there considering several other members of Bernard's pack (Stefan, Charlie, and Vera) live with the twosome in a small townhouse, so its as if they have a little dysfunctional family of their own.
Despite Eli's rough upbringing on the streets where a sense of seriousness is required to survive, he's taken to a more carefree lifestyle. He enjoys hanging with friends (human and inhuman) and is frequently trying to pick up more of an entourage. When he's not hanging out with friends, he's usually sprawled out somewhere sleeping, doing some kind of artwork, or wandering the woodlands by himself.

Story: Really had a basic childhood and got good grades. She played sports as well, and she kept steady grades. During the year of 1940, at a local college, (while she was still in school) she got attacked. (By a vampire, of course.) You would think that during the present, she would talk funny, but being around people who are 19 or 20 all the time make her blend in and their styles rub off. She's pretty average. She looks really young for her age! xD
Lives alone and only has a few friends. She tends to move a lot so no one figures out her secret. She tried to make herself secluded, but happens to always get dragged to parties or the such.

After that, he always felt the need to help people or animal, anything really, if something was wrong or they were acting out of place. He feels it's his job.
